    bout the assassins creed black flag over Christmas, game downloaded ok but when to come download code to unlock game content it came up with code too short.

    has anyone come across this problem.

    Where did you try to redeem the code?

    I think you have to redeem the code in game. There should be an option on the main menu that says additional content and it lets you redeem the code there.

    ok will try that there are 19 digits goes like this but not code numbers xxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx in that order?

    Indeed, I know that it's regarding Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag, when you buy Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag - Season Pass on Xbox One version it will not work on Xbox 360 because there is a version for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag on Xbox 360 console and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag for Xbox One. Those two are different.

    Microsoft Account Order history and review all the way back to the creation of the account to see if you can find the purchase of the content. If the Assassin's Creed: Black
    Flag game was a code that was redeemed onto an account. Then you would have to use the account that either bought it or got the game redeemed onto it to redownload the title. Let us know with a reply how it goes in your order history.
