assasins creed syndicate does not work

i have purchased and downloaded game which is Assassin's Creed Syndicate Gold Edition. I was able to play the 1st and 2nd level of the game but I can't proceed to the next level. The game just stops on 2nd level and will keep on loading the 3rd level.
I have tried to uninstall and re-install the game for 4 to 5 times already but still, the game didn't work. I have also contacted Xbox chat support today and we've tried several troubleshooting such as Reset console to factory defaults and Clear Blu-ray Persistent
Storage but still the game doesn't work. The told me to post on your forum.

Assasins creed syndicate achievements not unlocking

I havent unlocked any achievements since sequence 3 on 7th January. I'm on sequence 8 now so even story related achievements wont unlock. ive tried multiple times for certain ones but it's like none of them are registering. I have tried restarting, removing
my profile and reloading but neither work. I'm on x box one.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? ive never came across this before abd I really don't want to have to restart it over again as I'm not particularly enjoying it. I didn't even notice until last night none of them were registering. Thanks in advance
for any suggestions

Hey there Maks 53rus!

Sorry to hear about your Assassin's Creed trouble! Since this began, have you possibly tried starting a new game to see if you're able to get past the loading screen? I understand the frustration of having to play over again, but it may be worth trying if
you're only 3 levels in. Keep us in the loop

Thanks for clarifying.

To check, when you cleared your Xbox One to Factory Default, did you choose the option to erase all games on your Xbox One, or did you choose the option to only reset settings? If you haven't cleared everything yet, I suggest giving that a go, unfortunately
you will need to re-install your games.
