    Asphalt8 Locking and error 0xc0000142


    Game A8 in a Lenovo B430 Notebook and after some updates of the game itself when I go to run the events online it is showing small fights and sometimes comes to a halt, I can not play, I would like someone to help me, I always played and never had This problem,
    my notebook has all the necessary features to run the A8, and at the end when I go off or restart it presents the error 0xc0000142.

    asphalt8 airborne and 9 both flashes on the crashes without launching.how to get them to launch from store to app to play.windows 10 pc.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Will other games or apps you download from the Microsoft Store crash when you open them?

    If this is the only game that crashes, I recommend that you try to troubleshoot the problem from the application compatibility aspect. Follow these steps to run the compatibility troubleshooter to see what happens:

    Please run the Program Compatibility mode troubleshooter, then try to install and check if it helps.

    1. Tap on Windows Key and click on search bar.
    2. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and Click on Troubleshooting.
    3. Click on View All the left panel of the screen and then click on Program Compatibility mode
    4. Then click on Next and follow the instructions.
    5. Restart game.
    Please feel free to let me know how it goes.
