Asphalt Airborn 8 Kontostand nicht aktualisiert

Hallo

ich habe vor einigen Tagen erfolgreich eine 25er microsoft karte eingelöst bei meinem Konto auf der Seite kann ich den Betrag auch sehen, nur wenn ich im spiel dinge kaufen möchte wie marken oder münzen kommt der Kontostand einfach nicht dh wird nicht angezeigt
nur der wenige der nicht ausreicht zum kaufen, habe mich auch schon mehrfach an den support gewendet aber leider sind dort alle sagen wir mal freundlich ausgedrückt nicht in der lage dazu zu helfen? Was kann ich noch tun? Ich hatte nie Probleme mit dem Kontostand
es wurde immer alles angezeigt? Nur diesmal nicht? ICh bin drauf dran das spiel zu löschen da keine hilfe kommt? Vielleicht weiss hier jemand was ich noch tun kann damit auch der richtige Kontostand im Spiel angezeigt wird

You will have to purchase in game currency, (using a Microsoft card will not work as it will only add funds to use in the Microsoft store), I suggest a debit card/ gift card and purchase directly from in the game store.

Will someone answer something? I tried fixing NAT type and Teredo,.. Nothing helps.
