Asphalt 8 Airborne Video Credit Issue

Hello,

I play Asphalt 8 Airborne via Windows 10.

There are available options to earn tokens, fuel refills and other items by watching video advertisements. After the video concludes, it puts an x on the ad so you can close it out.

After watching the video(s) I have never received the promised item for watching. I would fully understand that I wouldn't be rewarded if I started the video but shut it down early. This is not the case, I let it play in full and wait for the system to put
the x to shut it down.

This has gone on since I started playing Asphalt 8 Airborne a few months ago. I went to the live chat support for help but was given a link to post here so that the promotion staff could look into the problem and resolve and credit my account accordingly.

Not sure what other info you need or want, but I'll be glad to supply the info you ask for.

Game point not updating.

I have completed the "Perfect Nitro"achievement in Asphalt 8 Airborne. But it is not updated in the Xbox games app in Windows Phone 8.1. Why?

Asphalt 8: Airborne - Fun Real Car Racing Game. I recommend to try uninstalling the game from your PC and re-installing the digital content from the Microsoft Store.
