    Im new at this about owning a xbox 360 game in my xbox series xs. I just bought mw3 360 game in my xbox series xs but everytime I enter the game it ask to enter password even thought I always check remember password. Is there anything I can do ? I already tried the clear local xbox 360 storage and nothing has work.

    Make sure your account security information is updated:

    Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    https://account.microsoft.com/

    At the top, select Security.

    Select Update my info, enter your password if you’re prompted to do so and then make sure your security information is correct and up to date.

    Then, please, delete your profile and re-download it:

    Press start+select to open Xbox 360 menu.

    Go to Manage Storage > Profiles > Delete your Profile (Keep the Data).

    Press Start+Back one more time.

    Download your Profile.

    After that, Power Cycle your console.

    Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

    Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

    Plug the console power cable back in.

    Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
