as soon as i sign into my xbox and i go to settings it signs me out

Oh I mean my xbox account on xbox.com and When i go to the xbox home screen it signs me out

My Xbox keeps signing me out plz help

this may be a basic reason but does it ask you for an update to the game? because it will sign out of xbox live if you decline the update and you will only be able to play offline.
