If there are no issues detected, try to delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes,

Hi Kim, thanks for the reply. I've already tried removing the app package. It didn't work. Also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, which would have installed the most recent update. Still didn't work.

Sorry about that. Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... or select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

restart your PC then try to open the app again.

I upgrade my GPU from AMD Radeon R9 280X to Radeon RX480 8GB, did clean install of the drivers, but same result.

Is anyone from MS working on a fix for that? As I see I am not the only one who faces this problem
