    Change the password of your account first by going to https://account,microsoft.com>; Security> Change password.

    Please clear browser cache and cookies. You can usually find this option in your browser's settings under "Privacy" or "History."

    And then use Incognito/Private Mode. Kindly try a different browser as well and see if it works.

    been 2 weeks since the update and still no joy getting my son back online i too have been charged 50 cents and my son can log into xbox.com and accounts.live but cant sign in on xbox they better get this sorted out very soon so i can play on my xbox account

    I've deleted my account off of both xbox's and re-added them but its literally doing the same thing as soon as I log in on the new xbox I get logged out and signed back in on my old console

    I am sorry to hear that.

    This has been affecting more users since earlier this week.

    What has worked for some users is resetting their computer network settings, if you are on a PC.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.

    For now, what has most of the time worked was logging in via the Xbox Mobile App, Xbox PC App, or in the Console itself.

    I reported the issue and am waiting for a response, I will update this post as soon as I have new information.
