    As of the most recent Xbox Insider beta update, I cannot view the following:


    Messages.

    My games and apps.

    Parties.

    Attempting to view any of these crashes my Xbox dash sidebar (And in the case of parties, along with crashing the sidebar, silently disconnects me from the party too.)

    As per such, I can't even load any game I've not hotbarred/own digitally. These issues are severe enough that I can't await a patch to them. What's my next course of action to return to a previous version of the Xbox Dashboard?

    Game trailer video in store won't play - Message = Error: Video cannot be decoded

    Since the most recent update, I'm unable to view game trailer video. Message "Error: Video cannot be decoded" is displayed.

    Thank you for keeping us updated. It is possible the Xbox Insider program is affecting the console negatively. This is due to the fact that the operating system of Xbox Insider consoles is an alpha version. It is great that the issue was reported through
    the Xbox Insider HUB. There is an
    Xbox Insider subreddit     where our Xbox Insider users can view and discuss common issues that are occurring on the most recent update. We recommend utilizing this tool as well to report the issue to our Xbox Insider team. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you installed Minecraft for Windows 10, and you are interested in learning if the version that you are using is the most recent version. There is a version 1.13 for the game. However,
    this version is only available for the beta users. You can join the beta by downloading the

    Xbox Insider Hub     App and joining the
    Xbox Insider Program    . Other than the 1.13 version, the game will let you know if you have the most recent update. I do believe it is 1.12.1. We hope this information helps!
