We understand that you need to send your Xbox One X for repair and is hindered due to your APO address. For address such as APO and FPO we have a support article that discuss about shipping options. You may need to select your country and ensure the device is eligible. Usually zip codes start with 09, like 09123 on US based. Should you be part of Overseas US military bases which can be considered as domestic shipment, you will need to select United States as the ship-to-country. Do not select the country your base is located. You may try this (please sample table below) and make sure to add a card that matches the billing address. Please see the address format for APO and FPO shipments is the same as for domestic shipments: See the example below.

We notice that you have a previous thread is about the graphics of a game on an Xbox One X. If this is the one you are trying to send for a repair, we're sorry to hear that you will need to send your Xbox Console. However, this Xbox One X is no longer sold in the market nor manufactured. Alternatively, if the graphics is the issue, you may try connecting the console with a different TV or monitor. The game itself is syncing the data for an updated version of Xbox console - Xbox Series X|S. There could be a different graphic quality this game is compatible hence the reason why issue exist or else, you may send feedback to the game developer for this could be possible bug. Otherwise, an upgrade for console could be an option.

I hate the fact that I am a US service member stationed overseas and can't dl certain content...

When did consoles all of a sudden have a mandate that they must by playable by members of the armed services while deployed overseas???
