Artifex Mundi games

Virtual Agent is no help so maybe I will get help here. I can download and install Artifex Mundi games but when it comes to playing the game will not open but did until about 2 months ago. I am using the same laptop nothing has changed except the game will
not open. Any suggestions please.

Do the games just crash to desktop or is there an error message presented? This has been going on for two months? Do you remember if anything has changed around the time that it stopped working? An update being installed? New hardware added? And can you
provide the specific games that are having the issue?

Just a bit more detail can help us determine the next best troubleshooting steps.

I can totally understand how this could be discouraging. We actually have a support article for problems with game launching and the like entitled Troubleshoot
gameplay issues on Windows 10.

When you get a chance, give those steps a shot and let us know if they helped with the situation.

Thank you for reply. The game will crash to desktop. There was a windows10 update that I had to free up space for and tis only the Artifex Mundi games that I am having a problem with.

Would love to see more Play Anywhere with the Artifex Mundi games. I would like them to bring in more mmos such as WoW classic to the Xbox.
