Keep in mind series s isn't really a 4k console it can produce artifacts and lose performance

It's meant to run at 1440p or 1080p

Have you already tried reinstalling the game to see if that helps?

You can also try doing a reset on the console with this:

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

If the issue is still the same and this is the only game that this is happening, it would be best to reach out with the game developers as it could already be an in game problem.

Well no it's not supposed to do 4k with most games and doing it with the series s would cause artifacts

Most games will only run at 1080p

If you are streaming you can do 4k as it doesn't require that much power

The series x and Xbox one x ps5 and switch pro are 4k consoles

The series s can only do 4k with certain titles and mostly ms ones and not very well

Most games will be locked at 1080p or 1440p at most

Smart delivery will not give you Uhd textures due to the space and proccessor

There are enhancements but you are forgetting one thing

Series s doesn't run games natively in 4k

It is most games will top off at 720p-1440p at 120hz on the series s and 4k being reserved for series x and one x better process

You would have to use internal storage or storage card to get enhancements buts it is unlikely to have the 4k enhancement for enhanced games it would stutter

Smart delivery sends you based on the best configurations of your console

There are very very few titles that will run in 4k on series s

You would have low framerates or artifacts (mostly ms titles would be supported )

Thank You for Your help. Unfortunately I have tried with different Xbox settings even switching the resolution between 4K and 1080p.... still the same. I have noticed this issue im several games FIFA 23 ( see the right bottom corner) and i thing its not related to 1440p as other objects are displayed correctly.
