Arrow Season 2: Missing Season Pass? Only episodes 21 & 22 show up via Bing in Xbox Video

I have had the same problem getting Hannibal S2E10, which aired over a week ago and still hasn't shown up, while last night's episode was there when I looked this morning. Weird. If you want, go pile on your comments on one or both of these threads that
I created below. I got frustrated after a long and fruitless chat session with "Roi" from tech support last night, where the verdict was that the episode was "corrupted" (???), they were working on it, and that I should check back in one or two days. Sigh.

Same issue here (Germany). Arrow Season 2, Episodes 1-19 and 21-23 are available. But Ep. 20 is missing.

I bought season pass for ARROW season 2 and I watched episodes 1-20 but now it says I've watched 1-18 and 19 is ready to watch... And episodes 20-23 only bring up a purchase menu...? I don't get it. This is on xbox video app

I've watched episode 5 on the xbox Saturday, thank you for posting that.

But today, I've refreshed to see if episode 6 is up, and now episodes 4 and 5 are now missing from the xbox (but episode 2 shows up again).

5 episodes show up on my windows 8 pc and I can push the episodes to play on the xbox. (perhaps episode 6 isn't published yet)

I find this disappointing with these issues for the recent season. Season 4 was prompt when updating shows, but season 5 has been hit or miss.

The same episodes missing on Xbox video appear on Amazon Video right away the next day. I am disappointed in the Xbox video service and I am tempted to cancel the rest of the season and steer clear from using this service again. I will take my money elsewhere
if the service does not improve to meet or exceed the quality of Amazon Videos.

Season 9 Episode 14 looks great. I've re-purchased it now, thanks for sorting that out.

I can confirm Asgaurd's issue. I can't see "Bones" Season 9 Episode 22 either. I've looked within Xbox Video on Windows 8.1 Update and also on video.xbox.com (specifically:

video.xbox.com/.../e65508a0-f320-49f2-a4f8-3115ba4d1600 ).

Both locations show episode 20 and 21 then skip 22 and show 23 and 24. Episode 22 is definitely missing for me.

Note I'm in Australia and have an Australian Microsoft/Xbox Account.
