    Just upgraded to Cox Contour 6, but can not find the control code for it. **** AX013ANC

    Tried that already when I visited the UEI site and it didn't work. I also went through all of the Arris codes that the Xbox had under Arris to no avail. Anything else you could suggest?

    keep getting kicked off xbox live when playing online MP why is this happening with this game?

    Guys, you can get a free gateway from Comcast that works. It's the Arris series. The TG862G and the TG852G Work fine! Just go and exchange it for an Arris or Cisco model. If you can't, the other option is to call Comcast and they will configure some settings
    to help you stay online. The Arris models are working for people that have the Technicolor TC8305C.

    mydeviceinfo.comcast.net/device.php shows the special software Comcast put in this* is broken and won't work well with
    the Xbox, iPads, and other devices. Their 'Special Note" concludes '.. arrange to have a replacement device provided at no cost to the customer.'

    * The Arris software is perfectly good, the TG862/TG852 devices work well on Time Warner and other ISPs.

    Denon AVR-1507 can't turn on or off but mute and volume commands work

    The cable box is from Shaw, the make is Arris and the model is DCX3200-M. The code set is C1376.

    The TV code set is T1480.
