I already switched the nat to bridged before seeing this and now I cannot login to the router via 192.168.0.1

That's not true. I just found bridging under the NAT settings in my gateways settings page.

The arris and the linksys are both router's , is the arris in "bridge mode" ?

Your Arris device needs to be operating in bridge mode.

I strongly suggest that you reach out to your service provider and have them know about your situation, and the possibility to configure your Arris device in bridge mode.

The Arris DG860 is not a modem, it is a gateway (modem+router). This puts your Xbox behind two routers (the Arris and your Netgear) and, you cannot get open NAT in such a double NAT'd situation without taking special steps. The best solution is to put
the Arris in bridged (modem-only) mode. You may be able to do it yourself with these instructions:

Or, you may need TWC to do it for you.
