    Hello Carlos,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You may want to check your routers settings to make sure your router is not filtering out the Xbox's Mac address.

    The Xbox 360 Slim is unfortunately unable to connect to a wireless network hosted by the Arris TG862G (Xfinity Firmware). This has been an ongoing issue over a longer period. It is now said by Comcast that this will be resolved with a new firmware version,

    You should ask Comcast to replace the Arris TG862G with a known gateway that will fully support the Xbox 360 console.
