    Can you follow the steps up front and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

    Login to your Arris/Model: DG1670A's web utility interface.

    Disable UPnP (Universal Plug and Play).

    Reboot the Arris/Model: DG1670A.

    Login to your Arris/Model: DG1670A and re-enable UPnP and reboot.

    Let me know how that goes.
