Arris Arris DG1670: **** DG2470

I have no idea why my Xbox 1 won’t connect to the internet anymore. I tried resetting it. Everything else connected to the internet works just fine. I am getting really frustrated. Can someone please help me.

If the issue persists, I recommend posting a new thread with any error messages or error codes for more support.

the Arris dg1670 is your modem , the actiontec wcb3000n is a Wireless Network Extender , the arris should be the only one getting the internet signal from your isp , if the actiontec wcb3000n is also hooked to coax cable , its probably using a Moca connection
instead of Ethernet ....you could try plugging your xbox into the Arris instead of the Actiontec but the Arris gateways like you have from brighthouse have been the absolute worst ones to go down for some reason...if you plug into the arris and its still
a no go , I would call your isp and see if they will replace it , they should be aware of the issue...

I have been having the same problem for about two weeks now. I wish EA Sports could help us on this.

I have two routers in my apartment to help spread the signal. One is an Arris router dg1670 and the other (and it's the one directly plugged into my Xbox One) is an actiontec wcb3000n router.

I tried every solution on the page and nothing A. enabled it into the devices and B. enabled the teredo to work. The teredo server name was invalid and that was the only portion of the page that was actually wrong but it changed nothing.I didn't find anything
on my routers settings about enabling teredo. my Router is Arris(make) DG2470(model).
