Army of TWO Xbox 360 live gold region problem

I can't download Army of TWO on games with gold because i'm from Romania and i have PAL but the game is in nstc only.Please put the game on PAL too!

Problem with games with gold membership in my region

Today a list of
game with gold was updated and Army of Two gets in it.

But i can't download it because page with this game not available in my region as a game it self.

This game available in USA region
here and it is free to download.

But in my region(RU) this game
has another address and named Army of Two (EU) and we can only buy this game!

Is this will be fixed in near future? Do we will get this game in our region(RU) for free in this month?

I´m in Mexico, my account región is Mexico, console región is Mexico, and my ip is in Mexico, I can't download Army of TWO on games with gold, show me error code 80150017 in the xbox 360 and the website shows error, only in this game, why? why?

 

Hi, the game is available to pal regions. It could be that your account and physical location don't match, make sure your account region matches were you live and you should be able to download the game.

 

Since Romania is not supported by Live, you will not be able to download certain games that are region locked.

 

lol so if unsupported region it is locked? even if your region in your console that you used is supported

Well you wouldnt have the error if you are in region

When you say your region matches do you mean north america or mexico

Because if it isnt mexico then you arent in region

Xbox live regions go by countries not continents

 

Console region doesnt count for much if all 3 dont match.

Account region and actua region and console region must match.

I can't download game also, i have it in my library, but download stops at 70% and gives me error that game can't be downloaded! Is there any chance that game data is broken?

 

I cant download army of two either, i get to 80% and it keeps restarting. In my game library it has a yellow exclamation mark next to the game. Now i cant download anything else it just stops at 80% and then restarts.
