Hi and thanks for reaching Microsoft Xbox gamer's community. My name is Josef.
I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft Xbox user like you.

Hope you're doing great today RHODARC

Developers are the ones who decide to include their games to game pass. Not Microsoft

You can keep an eye in the Xbox newsletter to see if this game is included in the future
    https://news.xbox.com/en-us/

And you can share this feedback with the game developer/publisher (EA https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/)

List of games NOT requiring "online pass" ?

    [quote user="NanoTechSoldier"]

EA/Origins: Army of Two series, doesn't need an online pass.. But, you need to sign up on EA site, as they use their own servers & login etc..

Army of Two and 40th day was around before EA started the online passes.
