    As Smwutches says, it's still a closed beta.

    This means that you need to be accepted into their beta programme (check their website for details and applications) in order to get access to the download.

    They sometimes run free weekends (there was one a week ago, I believe) where anyone can download it, but these are time-limited. Again, check their website for details on upcoming ones.
