    Ark xbox on pc, join failed


    Whenever i try to join my friend or he tries to join me we always get a join failed error. We are doing a non dedicated session so i didnt think it would be a problem with my network or firewall. Ive heard that it might be because of my network being a
    strict NAT. Any help?

    Ark: Survival Evolved

    So I have done some more troubleshooting. She can join other servers. I on my pc can also join official servers. I do have all the ports open and forwarded that Xbox normally requires. My pc still says join failed when I try to join her. Same on Xbox side. My pc does say could not retrieve address when I try to join unofficial dedicated arks.

    only when i try to download Ark off of xbox app on pc it fail and error code: 0x80070005 and it's only ark.

    I’m playing Ark from my Xbox One, my nat is listed as strict but I don’t know how to change that. The "Join failed" message appears when I try to join a friend’s game and also appears to my friend when I invite him and tries to join my game
