    Ark won’t download properly


    Ok so let me explain Ark wont download past 11.4% or 10.36 gigabytes. Now it stops exactly at this point and does not go even a sliver forward, it also stops exactly on the ready to start phase and will not go past it. And no i have not pressed start to
    play and i have restarted the xbox, factory reseted the xbox and have deleted the game it many times. I have also deleted the saved data as well to ensure that it was not corrupted. This is the only game with the problem every other game has downloaded fine
    and they all had the ready to start feature and had went past that phase fine. It is also not my connection.

    I need to now how to fix this I had spent many hours on the game with my friends. I had also bought this game for my friends and this would have all been a big waste of money. Excuse me for my tone of annoyance I really just want to play this great game.
    I just need some help.

    Clearing the alternate MAC address does not work.

    Hi,

    try removing the mac adress it requires you to reboot the xbox but usually it fixes the stuck download progression bar

    Thank you for advice . I’ve now managed to install ark but it the old version, had to install off line . Put Xbox 1 back online to do update and it won’t it won’t update .
