there has been an update but i dont have an update button, is there a way i can force the update or am i stuck waiting for the microsoft store to update so we can play our game again?

Can an already bought game on xbox, become a pc game in anyway?

since i can't put everything in the title, here's the basis.

Can a disk game, bought from a store like EB games, that's on the Xbox play anywhere list, (but not bought from Xbox play anywhere) be transferred into an Xbox play anywhere game? Or someway to use keyboard on mouse on an Xbox game
that's already got support both on PC and console. (like ark survival evolved, but a second hand from EB games, but only now found out its on Xbox play anywhere, and i wish to play it both on console and PC, interchangeably, also not just ark survival evolved,
any other game where i made a decision too quickly)

I also have the same situation. My friends playing on xbox are saying they get kicked out before they can move when they sign on the server. I think maybe the update has some bad code and microsoft hasn't green lighted it through the "play anywhere" thing.

I have the same issue. My friends and I host a server on windows 10 and play on xboxes. We have tried everything from resetting the microsoft store to restarting the pc, still nothing. They should really put the updates on w10 at the same time as xbox one.

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.

We want to play ark survival evolved on xbox with mouse and keyboard.

If you are able to, ask survival evolved is an xbox play anywhere title. Meaning if you have a laptop or computer that uses the Microsoft engines you can download it and play from there while still playing with friends. Sadly you wouldn't technically be playing
from your xbox but it serves the same purpose.

I believe that Ark Survival Evolved is not a cross platform game. I understand you and your friend are using Windows 10 but there is no cross play with Ark Survival Evolved between Xbox GamePass Beta and Steam.

Xbox One and
PC separately, and the PC edition lists Xbox Play Anywhere support, while the Xbox One edition does not. This game looks like it was

grandfathered into the Xbox Play Anywhere program and likely has nonstandard licensing behavior across the two editions.
