Ark Survival Evolved, unofficial servers does't appear

Hi, i made a post in spanish about this but i have not response so, i down the game now in my PC and the unofficial serves and officials does not appear its not a problem of update because i just down the game and windows its updated too so ¿someone know
why did this happend?

Hi there ark is currently experiencing server connection issues. Some accounts cant access official some cant access unoffial. Basically its a case of waiting for another patch/update. The only other thing I can suggest is reinstall the game again and/or
restart your internet router/hub and see if either of these help at all. I hope this helps in some way and hope you are safe and well in these difficult times.

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.
