ARK: Survival Evolved- Try to join, nothing happens

Hello all,

Me and my friend have been playing a non-dedicated session for the past week or so, and have made tons of progress. When we were playing a little while ago, the server suddenly crashed (not unusual for ark), but when I tried to re-join (He's hosting), nothing happens. If the app is closed and I join off the xbox menu, it opens the title screen and stays there. If he invites me, the notification shows up, but when I accept it, it takes me to the title screen and doesn't load the world. This is now happening on all of his maps. Weird thing is, he can still join me no issue. Im not sure of it's a hosting issue on his end, or a connection issue on mine. We've tried hard resetting our consoles, switching back and forth between primitive plus and survival evolved, and are currently looking for a 3rd person to test things with. Any advice would be appreciated.

In order to fix this, please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> Then restart your console and proceed with re-adding the account. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

Also, kindly ask your friend to do the same troubleshooting steps.

I'm playing non dedicated server with a friend on series X and suddenly same thing happens, when I invite him to my non dedicated server he accept but nothing happens. We tried both removing account from console/restart console but still he cant join my game anymore

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.

I had seen that before and did all the steps, but the problem is not that the game freezes, the problem is to synchronize data that stays at 0% and nothing progresses, and this happens to me in the ark survival evolved
