Ark survival evolved servers not working correctly for pc

So I bought game pass on pc and I got it for the sole reason of playing ark with my friend on Xbox. And when I got to the server he was playing on in official it wasn’t there actually the only things there were was 2 things crossplay, and Xbox official smalltribes. What the actual hell Microsoft this never happened in my Xbox so why on my pc. I swear steam is a small, small fraction of Microsoft and yet you would never see something like this on steam though fix your games Microsoft their all broken and you never repair them

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.
