(Ark: survival evolved) PC host can't give admin to Xbox players

I am Hosting an "dedicated" Ark on my PC for me and my friends on xbox to play together. i am playing the game on my Xbox and tried giving my Xbox account admin so it can access cheats, however when i get the cheat bar on screen it simply says "request admin" despite already being an admin.

I have tried in-putting "Enablecheats" followed by the password since a steam post said that's what they did, however it hasnt worked for me and my Xbox account still can't use cheats.

Does anyone know how i can give my account access to the cheats?
