Ark Survival Evolved CANT LOAD INTO ONLY MY SERVER THAT MY CHARACTER IS ON

I'm On Microsoft Store & I've recently downloaded ARK to play instead of using my Xbox but after countless attempts to log onto my server which my base & character are on WHICH I have been able to play on before until they updated it on the store,My game
continues to crash after it loads onto the server. I've never had any problems with this before until the new Ark update on the Microsoft Store came out which took me all day to download cause of it stopping and starting,failing to download, and a tons of
other issues which an insane amount of people are having. I just need to learn how to get onto my server without my game completely crashing with no error code or anything to help me figure this out.

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.
