Ark Survival evolved achievements not unlocking

I have like 3 achievements from Dec 2016 to Jan 2017. But Ever since I started playing it again, I am not unlocking anymore. Ps I am playing it through game pass

Ark Survival Evolved is a full game, and Ark Extinction is an add-on. Your title and description are contrary to each other and so I'm confused.

If you purchased Ark Survival Evolved then you should be just able to play it. However, if you purchased Ark Extinction then you must also purchase Ark
Survival Evolved.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

First, make sure to check your progress for the game achievement. Please follow the steps below:

“1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Game activity > All achievements.

3. Select the game in which you unlocked the achievement, and then view the unlocked achievements list.”

Make sure to check the achievement as well to ensure that you have followed the requirements.

Once confirmed, perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Also, according to Xbox Support:

“If you completed the requirements to unlock the achievement on your console, but it doesn't show, it might not be synchronised with the Xbox network. Allow up to 72 hours for this synchronisation to take place.”

Ark: Survival Evolved, I played it prerelease so there were no achievements and then one day, we suddenly started getting them through.
