    Ark Survival Ascended DLC won’t work.


    I recently bought the dlc for Ark Survival Ascended and I can’t play it. The Xbox store says “Ready to use in game, no download needed”, and a loading symbol that refuses to disappear, but when I try to use the dlc it takes me to buy it. I tried to buy it again and it told me I already owned it. I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling but that didn’t do anything. Any help is appreciated.

    According to your description, you cannot install your DLC content in Ark Survival Ascended.



    This is a hot issue, and the community has received a lot of feedback from players with the same problem.

    You can try to change your connection DNS.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Go to Profile and System > Settings

    In the Settings menu, select General > Network settings.

    Select the network you're connected to, then select Advanced settings > Manual

    On the DNS field, input these:

    Primary: 8.8.8.8

    Secondary: 8.8.4.4

    Save settings.

    Let me know if it works!
