    I have recently installed ark survival evolved on my pc with a 3070 graphics card but it will not load at all it will open and then there will just be a blue screen with an image in the middle and then it will close after a few minutes I have restarted and done all that stuff I will try and include an image of what it looks like below

    What would be your system, Win 10 or 11, can you tell if it has the latest updates to the 22H2 version?

    You are not able to see Ark installed on the Microsoft store, on the Xbox app and not even by going to Start > Settings > Apps ?

    If you open the Xbox app and try to install Ark again, does it start to download everything from the beginning? I would suggest you to try it since the game may not be recognized as installed by the Xbox app but it is installed. If that's the case, it will download/install in less than a minute.

    If you can go offline restart your console from the snap an app start the Xbox load ARK then if it works go online you can still play offline just remember to be respectful online. :)

    well i'm not disconnected from live. There are some games that worked like Destiny but Halo 5, Ark Survival , and even the preview app keep crashing on me.
