I recommend that you take a look at the
Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10 article and see if some of these steps work for you.

If that does not work for you, I would implore you to use the built-in feedback tool within the Xbox app to help better understand the issue you are facing. Just click on your profile photo and select “Feedback” from the dropdown menu to open Feedback
Hub. Feedback Hub enables you to provide feedback about Windows and apps by sharing your suggestions or problems.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get this game installed. I can totally understand how this could be pretty frustrating. I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support page entitled Troubleshoot
game or app installation problems on Xbox One as well as The installation process stops at or near 0% when installing an Xbox One
game from a disc.

When you get the chance, give those a shot and let us know how that helped.

This is a common issue that happens with those who have external hard drives, So i suggest going to my games and apps and selecting freeing up some space from hard drive either or, internal or external to free up space then install in the primary selected
one.
