    hi I recently bought ark genesis on my xbox and I was expecting to get the HLNA bot but I logged on to find nothing my friends have it in their inventory but I cant find it I re started I uploaded my character I made a new character. also there was no
    download when I bought it not sure if there is supposed to be though. I need help to fix this issue.

    Can't Download Genesis 2 DLC for Ark: Survival Evolved

    Hello LKELLY96,

    Thank you for contacting the Xbox support forums. Ark Genesis Part 2 is part of the Genesis season pass that you can purchase separately with Ark: Survival Evolved. At this time, the Ark: Survival Evolved Explorer's Edition which includes; the Survival Evolved Season Pass, Extinction, Aberration, Scorched Earth, and Survival Evolved Aberrant Skins is the current edition that is available on Game Pass.

    Ark: Genesis Part 2 is part of the second expansion pack which is not currently available with Game Pass. However, Game Pass members may currently receive a discount on the ARK: Genesis Season Pass which would include Ark: Genesis Part 2.

    Sorry to hear it. You may want to check your inventory in game just in case. However, in case it's a downloadable DLC please highlight the game on the dashboard and press the Start button on your controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install
    to see if it's there.

    Also, please check any in game store to see if it's downloadable from there. Any Season Pass content can only be installed from within the game.

    First of all, what platform are you playing the game from and where did you buy the Season Pass?

    As there is a Season Pass specific for Xbox One and one specific for Windows 10 version.

    So please, give us specific information on the issue you have so we can help you better.
