Ark Gen official servers that have crashed

Current Ark Xbox patch levels:

V793.3 Current Xbox Server Network Server Version

Current Ark Official Client version v793.1

v793.3 - 12/5/2019 Network fix for joining servers and structures loading improperly

v793.2 - 12/4/2019 Potential Network fix for joining servers and structures loading improperly

v793.1 - 12/4/19 fixed multiple crashes, fixed an issue preventing people from connecting

v792.62 - 12/3/19 fixed a server crash.

You may want to check to see if there are any other updates you need. They seem to patch this product an awful lot.

My friends who play Ark everyday have reported crashing errors with the game.

Hi! While playing Ark I haven't experienced any such issue. First you should try performing a hard reset/power cycle which might fix the issue: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

What game mode/type are you playing when the game crashes? Singleplayer, official server, unofficial dedicated/non-dedicated server?

Thanks for the reply. All of the above are in order. I have 10mbps download and 6mbps upload. I have an open nat and no error messages. I am connected to xbox live but when i want to join the official server on ark it still say cant retrieve address and
then i have to try again. I have been trying to connect for 3hours now and still cant join or get in the server. Is this an xbox issue or is it an ark issue. Appreciate the assistance and info..
