    Ark download from xbox game store stuck at 66mb


    I am trying to download ark: survival evolved from the xbox app using the xbox game pass. I have tried everything on the official help page recommended by people with similar questions. Every time i restart my download it jumps straight back up to 66mb
    out of 108.4gb and says it is currently downloading at 0mb/s. I have restarted my computer, logged out of the store and xbox app. I have plenty fast enough internet and over 200gb free of disk space. Someone please help i really wanna play!

    You are not able to see Ark installed on the Microsoft store, on the Xbox app and not even by going to Start > Settings > Apps ?

    If you open the Xbox app and try to install Ark again, does it start to download everything from the beginning? I would suggest you to try it since the game may not be recognized as installed by the Xbox app but it is installed. If that's the case, it will download/install in less than a minute.

    If you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription you should be able to download Ark from the Microsoft store for free. You will need to re download through the Microsoft Store in order to play, because you will be on Microsoft's Services and not Steam's.

    If you own the Ark Survival Evolved Season pass, you should be able to access Scorched Earth on your computer as well.

    If you only purchased the Xbox version of Scorched Earth, I'm sorry, you can only download that using the console.

    Game not fully uninstalled/Files still exist somewhere.

    I got some space back but not the 140 GB from ark. The game shows up in the start menu and when i click on it it brings me to microsoft store. It says it inst downloading and it shows a download bar in the start menu all the way done.
