ARK DLC already owned/reinstall

right. i mentioned i couldnt find it anywhere. i looked there plenty and i also reset my xbox a bunch.

so yeah it wasnt in the ready to install either.

There isnt an in game store. I looked everywhere believe me lol. I will probably do what I said and just contact a live agent. Thanks for the response though!

Hmm if it is not available in the store, do you have to download the bundle it came with all over again? For example, remove the Season Pass content and then add it all back at once?

Thanks for keeping us updated. Good thing here is that you were able to see the purchase for the game in your billing history. I've never played Ark myself but, is there an in game store? if so, have you tried downloading the DLC from there?

contacting a live agent to make sure they can verify the license being on your gamertag.

If you goto my games and apps Highlight ark and press start. Choose manage games and add ons. Scorched earth should show in the ready to instal section on the manage game screen
