    this freezing of the game for ads is ridiculous. forcing us to pay for ad free upgrade is total BS. You made this xbox app part of the windows 10 OS and now you want to be paid to actually use it. Might as well have bought apple since that is what they do
    best PAY PAY PAY!!!. Wouldn't it be a great thing if YOU were to purchase a new car and half way out of the lot a light came on saying (IF WANT TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE YOUR NEW CAR, USE MUST PURCHASE AN UPGRADE) WOW sounds like fun to me

    Sorry to hear that the issue is persisting. Are you able to try
    removing the hard drive     & downloading straight to USB? What happens? If it works, can you then move the download back over to your hard drive & play?

    Can't re-download profile

    Hey there INEEDASAVIOUR,

    There are a couple of things to help us better understand this one:

    What storage device are you trying to download your profile to?

    • If you're using a hard drive, trying
      removing and reinstalling it      .
    • I would also suggest removing the hard drive and trying to download to a

      USB drive      .
    • Are you able to try downloading your profile to a different console?

    Please let us know and we'll work from there.

    You cant as Apple doesn't allow access ro their file systems from third party

    Their used to be an app but Apple blocked it

    Your only option is a fat 32 format usb drive

    This is definitely not helpful at all, you must be ready to pull your hair out. I know I would be.

    Ok, which system are you using to try to get to support. No matter if it's an Apple or Windows product your best option is to use either the Edge or Chrome browser when doing this.

    Unfortunately, you cannot transfer the balance from a Microsoft gift card to Apple Pay or use it for Apple-related purchases it is because Mcrosoft and Apple operate as separate ecosystems. Most importantly their gift cards are not interchangeable.

    With your Microsoft gift card, you can use it to purchase items from the Microsoft Store, such as games, apps, or subscriptions like Xbox Game Pass.

    I agree, installing to a different drive may be your best option to try. This can be caused by hard drive corruption. Do you have an external drive you can use?

    Party Chat doesn't work, but everything else does?!? NAT settings are "Open" too

    Your using an Apple router , xbox one is finicky on its own let alone trying to talk with an Apple .....I believe the airport has a " Allow Teredo tunnels" option in the utilities menu....also you will probably have to forward or trigger some ports.....I
    would get a cheap netgear router with good UPNP and hard wire it for best performance and least problems....50 or 60 bucks...
