“Are you still there” needs rectifying.

Let me explain. The “are you still there” function is absolutely perfect for most games. HOWEVER, whist traveling I didn’t want to Cary my Xbox or PC along with me so I used my laptop to stream MSFS2020. Which is fine except one small thing. When playing MSFS 2020 that function is rather intrusive. It doesn’t work well at all with a flight sim. This is Microsoft we’re talking about so surely they could fit in some special coding or line of rule that would exempt MSFS from the “are you still there” pop up. As it’s a flight sim and well ya know sometimes some flights are rather long.

Thanks for the update, unfortunately the same message is still there "Cloud gaming is not available in your area." We need more work on this. Can you say what the developers are doing to rectify the issue?

You will need to return the card back to the point of purchase. GameStop will rectify the situation.
