Are you kidding me? RESTOCK THE VAULT!

It is now April 17th, and the VIP Vault is NOT RESTOCKED YET for April.

The past 2 months prior to this month and the announcement of the program changes, the VIP Vault was restocked with "Reward Credits" for use by its Rewards members.

Now after the announcement, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESTOCKED IN THE VIP VAULT.

This is unacceptable, especially when some of us are getting this email:

The header says it all "We're loading new rewards"...

BUT YET IT IS THE SAME OLD "OUT OF STOCK" GARBAGE WE HAVE BEEN SEEING THIS ENTIRE MONTH.

We are your Rewards members, and we want the chance to use our Gems in a worthwhile manner. You guys are completely ignoring us and leaving us hanging in some vain hope that what, WE WON"T NOTICE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT?

To the Rewards "team" - RESTOCK THE VAULT WITH THE STUFF WE WANT. Rewards vouchers are issued through Microsoft itself and there should be NO excuse for this even happening in a timely manner. You are not endearing yourselves to the your end users.

A lot of us have asked, REPEATEDLY I MIGHT ADD, for your guys to restock the VIP VAULT in some form that is not F2P garbage or Overwatch wallpapers (Overwatch? WHO CARES?) before the conversion deadline. But your silence is all we seem to get. This is UNACCEPTABLE
and your Rewards members deserve better.

Not one of you has replied to any of us, NOT ONE OF YOU. It is about time for you guys to respond to our requests because THIS IS YOUR JOB.

I thought the Bing Rewards team was garbage, but you guys are giving them a run for the money at this time...

Restock the vault

i dont even think Xbox is going to look twice at any of these questions or problems, it's not just restocking the vault, people's rewards are not being tracked and people aren't getting the credits for everything they're doing for the month of May.
