PLEASE can you convert my rewards points manually into local currency and MANUALLY deposit as English pounds int my account - I wish to buy before Christmas and it's been over 12 months since I joined this broken rewards program

You only have the option to open a case review if the ban is still active as they have removed the ban on my messages it no longer gives me the option to open a case review so because the messed up and didn't remove the ban on party chat too I have no way
to open a case to get them to correct it

Yeah I'm definitely signed in but the clearing out of the Cookies and Temp files has worked on my work laptop I will do the same at home.

I have replied to this and another thread all OK.
