Are you able to use the search feature in the Microsoft store?

Same here. But I got a green circle spinning. It was a temporary glitch and is gone now. But, you can listen to advice above. It is a good thing to do that from time to time.

Yes I did that first thing and powered it off. I'm currently resetting with the option to keep my games and apps. Since the original post I discovered I cannot browse any store content. Games, Live, Games Pass, Movies, Apps, basically if it ain't installed
it ain't running. I'll update the post after the reset.

Hello, have you tried restarting your console then trying again? If that doesn't work you may want to do a power cycle on the console.

The reset resolved. I guess something was stuck on my profile.

You can try using Microsoft Store through the web and installing remotely.

Also, you can use the search feature no Xbox Store in your console.

Just go to Store Tab and select Search.
