    Are Xbox suspensions placed by bots or humans


    Are suspensions bot enforced or human. Xbox claims all bans are through their enforcement team which does not include bots I just got banned last night for putting a looking for group post up to which I was instantly banned for 2 days I have provided photo evidence below this wouldn’t be that great of an issue if I was able to APPEAL the ban but apparently my case doesn’t “qualify” for a review so I’d like to know was my ban due to laziness a mistake in the ban system ie bots and in what ways will I be reimbursed for the time and inconvenience I have had to spend learning how to get this ban to go away seeing as it was wrongful in the first Place

    All reports are manually reviewed by Xbox's enforcement team.

    Looking for group posts are only meant for looking for others to play a game with. You can't advertise or offer a "free carry", that is against the community standards and will usually result in a suspension.

    I think its a trigger happy response from the enforcement team and I think the service offered to help has been terrible, I appreciate you trying to offer advice but this has not been good enough from xbox that this is my only option to come to

    The case review process involves a real human, a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET). The initial suspension was made by a real human, a member of XBLPET. No bots have been involved in issuing your suspension or considering your review.

    Is there no way to get a human reviewer ? They have bots banning accounts and bots doing the appeals... YouTube has human reviewers, Xbox is 1/50th the size of YouTube, how hard is it to employee some human reviewers?

    I like the idea of "join in progress" but only for unranked games.

    Even though I'm not really a fan of join in-progress, I would prefer it over bots any day. I absolutely do not want AI's taking the place of anybody in MM. If the spot MUST be filled, please fill it with another human player.
