    they are the same as the standard xbox one s controllers, so with pc you can use via bluetooth(audio through headphone jack not supported)

    or wired(supports audio via headphone jack)

    no as they were only needed for the first generation of xbox one controllers and the elite one, all the latest support bluetooth.
