Are they going to offer a refund?

This game is trash. I have only been able to play 1 game so far and that was after trying for days!! I want my money back. The game does not work period.

They are going to owe money

I wonder what microsoft will do about the money they have taken from players and from advertisers. Are we going to get it back?

are they going to let gta v play off xbox one

Xbox one will not have Backwards compatabilty so if you try to play GTA V for the 360 on xbox one it will not work. They might make a GTA V for xbox one but I'm just guessing at this point. Bungie is making Destiny (their new game) for the 360 and xbox
one so that's why I think it's a possibility that rockstar will do the same.

Sorry to hear you've had a hard time finding matches. All refund requests must be made via phone support. Click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

As far as finding matches goes, try the LFG part of the system. Go to your party section and select the option to find a game. Choose Friday the 13th and see if you can join any private matches from there.
