    are they going to charge me past months?


    says i owe $16.06 and also says this "starting on 6/12/2019, we’ll charge $14.99 plus applicable taxes every month."

    is microsoft going to charge me from that time frame to now for having the gamepass on? i want to turn the gamepass back on but not if its going to charge me double.

    I hope it is because you forget to turn off recurring billing and GP may have used an additional month because of that. If the amount is not yet paid or due just contact Microsoft customer support. They will ask you to pay the due first and then they will
    refund you that amount. Microsoft customer support is really cool about refunds.

    Well I just got off the phone with customer support it turns out that for the past two months, they charged me and it didn't go through. So instead of canceling service like any other place they gave it to me. Now my account is suspended and I'm screwed
    until I pay back the service charges. I don't get how it's my fault that they gave me two months without charging me. If your billing a card and the payment doesn't go through, cancel service, don't give out an I.o.u.

    Because if you pay, it will restart your subscription and then you will be charged unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel before then.
