    Are they ever going to fix the MS rewards app?


    I've tried everything from reinstalling the app to a complete factory reset of my xbox one s and the app still has alternating issues, one day it's fine, one day it'll just open the splash screen then close back to the dashboard, the next it'll give me
    an error about my language and location settings.

    It was working fine for a few days then suddenly the onscreen keyboard is smaller, there's a restart button on the power off screen and the app is complaining about my language and location again.

    This is getting extremely annoying.

    I'm about to say the heck with it and ditch the rewards program all together.

    It's up to you on if you want to continue the rewards program. I think it's worth it even if it doesn't work half the time. I did experience some of what you're talking about but it was only temporary and fixed on its own. Most of the time, emailing the
    support staff is super easy and fast to get problems resolved.

    Support looked into it, there actually was an issue with the app, they rolled out a fix, hopefully everyone that was having issues sees improvement.

    I have the same issue alot of xbox players have this issue at the moment i think we have to wait for a fix sadly before we can use the app again

    I also had contact with the support cause of those issues, but for real we get most of the points by the web site and mobil device anyway !
