    Are there no offline service centres in Hyderabad, Telangana? Suddenly my console is not...


    My console won't turn on. Please someone guide me to an offline service station in Hyderabad, Telangana. Both the addresses provided by the Microsoft site are not working anymore. Please help

    I doubt that it's all your accessories that have suddenly stopped working. Most likely it's an issue with your console.

    For the amount of issues you seem to be having, First I'd suggest a complete factory reset of the console. And if your still having issues after that, I'm afraid it'll be off to the service centre with it..

    If you have run through the offline update solution below without success then usually your only option is to send the console in for repair via the xbox online service and warranty centre.

    Due to the recent/current pandemic, delays are happening in all areas. It's possible it may take a couple days for it to actually be processed and updated in the systems. Continue to check the status in the next days for updates.

    Usually takes around 5-10 business days but obviously with the pandemic going on it will take longer.

    Just keep checking the status page for your repair although they can be a tad slow updating that sometimes.
