Are there any recommended android tablets to try out xCloud?

There is nothing official yet, but at the inside xbox video published yesterday it shows the game running on android phone. Also, on the original post about xcloud Microsoft said that they were testing on mobile phones and tablets, on the other hand,
surface devices are hybrid and also can be used in tablet mode, so it actually don't dissmiss the possibility of windows receiving xcloud, but I guess it will be made available at mobile phones and tablets with Android first.

Looks like its just for android phones and tablets and you need a controller (though i can confirm that xcloud works with nonxbox controllers).

It's not possible yet. Xcloud streaming is only available for Android phones and tablets. My guess is it will be available eventually for streaming to Windows 10. I don't know when that will be.

This makes sense, but it still doesn't make any sense as to why Microsoft would put Game Pass on Chromebooks if they don't fully support it. They could just have it for Android phones and tablets while restricting Chromebook users. Idk, Hopefully they can roll out the browser version of Xcloud to ios and other devices like Chromebooks. Its the xcloud feature

You need to sync an android device to your xgu account

Your console has to remain on to handle thr proccessing while you play on your phone or tablet

Its basically like stradia but you dont need to buy the games seperately

But inatead of a lot of bandwidth you rely on your local wifi and xbox or ps5 when it comes out for xcloud
